Mustard Seed Communities provides lifelong and loving residential care to over 800 children and adults with disabilities around the world.

Since 2006, Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) Parish and School in Atlanta, Georgia has been sending mission teams to Mustard Seed Communities in Jamaica and since 2012, the Dominican Republic.  This year, MSC needs us more than ever - even if we can't be there physically.

For the last 2 years, mission trips have been suspended.  Mission trips account for nearly 90% of MSC's income that pays for the care of it's residents, caregivers and laborers to maintain its facilities.  That's over $3 million in lost revenue.

However, the cost to care for the children hasn't changed at all.  It still takes every caregiver.  Children with HIV/AIDS still need their medication.  Wheelchairs must still be purchased and maintained.  Food must still be prepared.  The salaries of the caregivers has been slashed, yet these dedicated people are still showing up every day to care for these most vulnerable children of Christ.

For our 17th year, our goal is to raise $30,000 for MSC and send our love and support both virtually and with a team of missionaries to the Dominican Republic this summer.  Will you prayerfully consider a gift to help us reach our goal?
